Our quality
In our roastery in Freiburg's Stühlinger district, we roast each batch using a gentle drum roaster. Each coffee variety is treated individually to allow its diverse aromas to develop optimally. Whether you prefer a strong espresso or a complex filter coffee, our selection is constantly evolving as we continually search for the best green coffees and the most exciting flavor profiles.
